Health is not a static concept but the ability of the body to constantly chance and adapt to the effects of external stressors. External stressors can be physical, emotional and/or spiritual. Each person is affected differently by these forces. While her skill-set is full of many techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, and pregnancy massage; foot and hand reflexology; ear coning; acupressure; regional tissue release, Myofascial work, Zero Balancing and visceral work.  Sarah incorporates all techniques, as needed, and works together with her clients to determine what they need during each session. Sarah tells her clients that "within each of us is an "Inner Physician" who knows what’s out-of-balance and what needs to be done to restore our health." She hopes to acquaint you with your Inner Physician so that you can work together to stay healthy.
